The best thing that keeps me going when I'm jogging/running is a playlist of great tunes - I just came across this awesome website:
JogFM
You just type in your walking/jogging/running pace (per mile) and it will create a list of songs that will keep your pace going! Check it out! I can't wait to look for some new running tunes and revamp my playlist!
