This is all new to me. I've always tried to lose weight on my own. As you can tell it doesn't work. I'm hoping that being in a challenge might give me a little incentive. Any advice would help.

I enjoy the challenges myself, as they help to keep me motivated and give me people to share with. If you think it would help you can search challenges that haven't started yet. I have a 1k, everyday group that would be glad to have you if you are interested. As for the weight loss, I have a good idea of the problem. Unless you are forgetting to enter your food choices, you are way too far under the RDI of calories... Most people don't realize that this can stall your metabolism and make you fatigued as your body tries to conserve every precious calorie. I noticed that you are coming in at less than half of your days worth of calories and this is detrimental to the mind, body, and waistline. Try a diet that is less restrictive and provides at least 1800 calories a day. Below this and you will actually be stalling your weight loss and your well being. I have had good luck on Atkins and have known many people who also did well on it or the caveman diet. It isn't particularly restrictive with calories, and isn't as hard for me to stick to, especially in pre-maintenance. For some people, cutting back on chemicals and preservatives also gives their diet a kick in the pants. I hope this helps, and if you continue to have problems I would see a doctor and/or nutritionist. You could have a thyroid problem or the diet may just be to extreme, and you need help finding a healthier eating pattern. Good luck and I wish the best to you!
