I don't have a diet. because it is not a diet. It is common sense! A balanced diet, with the appropriate amount of calories for your age and weight and activity level. To loose 1-2 pounds a week you need to reduce your calories by 500 - 1000 per week. I do that by cutting back on the amount of foods I eat and by excising. I allow myself to eat anything I want whenever I want. No exceptions. I am not hungry...ever!
But you have to be smart. Think ahead and know what fills you up so you don't go hungry.
I try to eat egg white omelet in the morning, maybe with some high fiber bread. Perfect and filling. For lunch I might have some tuna, veggies or a yogurt. For dinner I might have some chicken salad.
I eat 2 servings of fruits and veggies per day and I eat weigh watcher ice cream for desert at night. I also snack on other stuff during the day.
One of the key things is to write down everything I eat.I count all the calories and do not exceed 1500 per day. I can if I want to eat 5 donuts in a day, but that would equal all my allowed calorie so that would just be stupid. That's why making smart food choices is critical.
