I'm looking for any feedback about the Kettleworx program. The last post I saw was from 2 months ago. Anyone still using it? Still recommend it? I saw the infommerical the other day and now I see all sorts of ads for it. Feels like i'm getting a sign to use it. Just wanted to hear some feedback before I invested money for it.
Thanks!

I use it and really like it. I have done the six week cycle a few times now. I can really see and feel a difference. I started with the 5 lb. weight and moved on to the 10 lb. Now I need a 15 lb. weight. They have the program at Target. I would look there before I purchased it from the infomercial.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the instructor is a bit annoying. And there are times when his reps are really uneven (like he will do 12 reps on left vs. 6 on the right side). However, each workout repeats the moves (part 1 and part 2)so I just make sure I alternate which side I start with each time to even it out. Does that make sense?

Yes, that makes sense. Thank you for your help. I haven't even thought of looking at Target. Thanks again!

Burpees - Correct Form
I have a love/hate relationship with burpees but they are a great "all in one" exercise. It's easy to get tired and lose form. Thought this was a good video to share. [url=http://yout ...
