At what point did you start to see real weight loss as opposed to just fluctuations. I am only looking to lose about 5-7 lbs but geeze these fluctuations are killing me.

This is not the answer you are looking for, but.... For your height, weighing 100 lbs or less is not healthy. Since your weight appears to be stable, I would recommend strength training. Strength training will help you tighten up and should help you look better. There are many people out there that have focused on a number, only to realize that that is not what matters. Those people have gone on to strength training and transformed their bodies. I don't have the link, but I know a lot of people have had success with the paleo way of eating. I think your body is trying to tell you something. I would try to focus on being happy with where you are at this time in your life.

I am just small boned in general. I use to eat whatever I wanted and barely was over 95. When I got out of college and got a real job...then I gained 15lbs. The lack of moving around is what caused this. Your right that for some people being less then healthy. I have completely changed my diet and am more focused on upping the exercise and eating better food. Something I never use to do. I think everyone knows what where their bodies naturally reside. For me its actually at a lower weight then normal.

I do agree on the strength training. I need to get on that...I always just feel lame lifting the 10lbs weights at the gym hahah!
