I usually get the kids version because I cannot eat everything that comes with the regular size. The Chicken and Dumplings I found on here was 14 oz. Is there a difference in size between the kids and the regular or does the regular just come with all the add-ons? Should I use the food I found here or half it? Thanks for the help.

I think your best bet is to call Cracker Barrel and ask about the difference between the kids version and the regular version. Checking their web site faq's I found this: http://www.crackerbarrel.com/about-us/company-faqs/

They don't seem to have the nutritional breakdown - so ultimately you're going to have to go with your "best guess" and chalk it up to being okay with knowing that it may not be totally accurate. Maybe add in a little extra exercise on days when you can't be sure of the NI as you'd like. Good luck. Joyce

Swollen ankles???
I have them too, and for me it is because of food intolerance. I can accidentally eat small amount of food I do not tolerate, and they will remain swollen for a few weeks.
