Hi, I just started day one of the P90X2 program. Anyone else out there doing it?

I wish I could afford it. I'm just doing workout videos on Netflix.

I have done this in the past and it worked great. If you want a good workout this will definitely do it. I love that there are different exercises every day. I lost 22 pounds doing this with running and weight watchers.

I'm doing Insanity Asylum for the next 30 days then I plan to start. Keep me posted on your progress. I created a Challenge for Insanity to log in workouts and weekly weigh-ins. I'd be glad to have you.

Day three of the P90X2 which was Plyocide! Oh my what a work out! A lot of pausing and modifing but doable. I also had my first weighin and am happy to say I lost 3 pounds this week! Smile

Congrats on the weigh in. Today was Strength on Asylum it was a really good workout. BTW I modify virtually every program I do in one way or another Smile
