Nice work everyone! Now do the same thing tomorrow.
I took my favorite class at the gym for the first time in ages and didn't eat my whole budgeted dinner because I was full and didn't need more.
Burton72, try tea! I'm enjoying a cup at the moment. It feels nice and cozy and the fluid will help to keep you full (and boosts your water intake a bit). I like red tea (rooibos) at night because it has richer flavor than herbal teas but still no caffeine. And if you continually get hungry in the evening, you might want to budget in a small snack later in the evening, so that you don't go over on cals when your willpower isn't there.

tea is always a good answer!!
Got a good workout in and stayed under my cals. All 2,222 for my deficit number. A good day. Ready for the gym in the morning.

Swollen ankles???
Too much sodium- try reducing that. If it does not resolve, you might see a doctor. Edema can be a sign of heart problems - congestive heart failure.
