I'm going to a chiropractor that has his own diet plan.it's basicly the GI..mostly veggies, none that grow below ground. 6-8 ozs. of lean protein and no sugars. He does sell a "pure protein" line of food supplements, which I don't start on until week 2. We'll see how it goes.

No..not Paleo...never heard of that. I just do veggies and protein...with vitamin supplements
