You might want to slow it down a little. Consuming under 1200 calories/day can slow down your metabolism. Too little calories and you'll see a gratifying initial rapid weight loss, followed by a totally discouraging forever plateau. Try to stay above 1200 calories, and increase your protein intake - it will kill off the hungries.

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but you didn't gain it in a day, so you probably won't lose it in a day either.

Find a weight loss routine you can live with in the long run, stay with it, and the weight will come off - permanently.
