Although I have been a member of FS since early 2010, this is my very first post. I have just changed my profile today to enable all to view my diet calendar etc.
When I first started here, I was simply looking for an easy way to calorie count, as I had been told that I was not consuming enough calories per day, and therefore was stalled in a starvation mode. Little did I realize how much help & support are available here. I do not spend a lot of time on the computer, but, FS is a must every day. To all of you fellow FS members - THANK YOU for all of the tips and help you have provided. I read a post just this week about how important it is to do your food & exercise calendars every day, and, I realized that even though my weight has been up & down during my time here, maybe someone out ther might benefit from my experiences, as I have benefited from others. Any comments or help you have to offer will be greatly appreciated and accepted in the same spirit it is given.

It's good to see that you're doing this all the way. We all need each other to do this, and sharing your info and experiences DEFINITELY will benefit someone else out there.
Good luck on your weight loss journey onwards!
