OK...I have been missing in action for several months. What matters is that I am getting back up and in the game. Even though I have not been actively watching what I ate I only gained 6 lbs and was still able to get into a suie I purchases a whil ago after losing some weight.
Here I go!!!!

The only thing as good as new users of this site are people people coming back for more! Welcome back!

Don't feel bad, you're not alone! I'm in the same boat, I've been MIA for about 6 months and gained 25 lbs
It feels bad admitting "defeat" but we lost once and we have the ability to lose again. It's so important just being honest with yourself and getting back on that horse, bc many people never do and just keep gaining even more back. Stay strong!

Maybe I should tell that this is actually my 2nd journey on FatSecret. First time I did reasonably well, losing about 25 lbs or so. THen it all fizzed out and I gained it all back.
This time, I came back with a vengeance, and I am way past any of my expectations when I started out.
Maybe this is the right time for you? Find your deep motivation, find out what drives you to wanting to lose weight, embrace it and do it!
Again, welcome back!

I too have been having trouble staying with it. too much eating on the run and not planning. your posts are encouraging. I need to find my motivation. It's like the one on TV, now where did I leave it, where did it go? LOL

Knowing I am not the only one struggling really helps -- need to get back on track.

Yep, same boat. I lost about ten pounds over the summer, only to gain everything back in a chain of late-night binges. I never met my goal.
Trust me, it's hard to come back to square one. To "dust yourself off" and start over again sounds terribly cliche, but what other choice do we have?
