Just curious if anyone else out there is doing some form of martial arts as part of their exercise regimin?
I just started tae kwon do again after a 10 year hiatus, back at square one, and loving it.
Also, just finished day 2 of induction on Atkins.
I want to lose between another 33 to 53 lbs. I haven't set my goal weight just yet.

I'm not working out, at the present time, but I am a martial artist. I plan to start working out again in January, when my finances will permit it. I'm a Karate Black Belt, and will begin working out in a different style of karate. My Black belt is in Shorin-Ryu, and I'll be training in Shorinji-Ryu. It's been a couple of years since I've had a serious workout; but I know it will be enjoyable. Weight loss was my original reason for getting back into the martial arts, just like you.

Burpees - Correct Form
I have a love/hate relationship with burpees but they are a great "all in one" exercise. It's easy to get tired and lose form. Thought this was a good video to share. [url=http://yout ...

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
