So now I know what foods make me fat. I get it that my body naturally burns sugar first and stores the fat for lean times which I don't need. No sugar means fat is now burned for fuel and I need to keep it burning. I thank Dr. Atkin's for teaching me this long ago and now I'm ready to make it my lifestyle. I'm not going to count carbs for the rest of my life, but knowing what to eat and not eat works for me. I love veggies and salad so I won't skimp on them and someday I'll enjoy fruit again and a little tequila.
