Second Week 2 hour cardio hike. That's 4 1/2 cardio workouts this second week. Got off to a slow start last week but I'm picking up steam

Doing stepper everyday for 30 min burning 250 calories.

Walked for 60 mins on second day and exercise on stepper for 30 mins .good progress on second day .Ate accordingly.

Actually, today is day 4 for me. I started Atkins on Tuesday. Have hip and knee issues so I have not exercised in 6+ months. Need to get back on the exercise wagon.
Ate appropriately today. Planning on incorporating exercise gradually.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
