Kcal count?

If I do a 30 video say Jillian Michaels Shred what is the kcal amount. And not to sound crass but what about sex? Or am I taking it too far?

I put the shred down as 25 mins circuit training- when I got a HRM, the actual burn was pretty consistent. Check the forum on the sex question- there have been numerous conversations but I don't remember if they came to any conclusions Wink

Gnat- Thanks for the info!! I do shred occasionally too and never new what to put. As for the sex question, I'd say it counts for something, but I don't know how you'd figure that, unless you wear your HRM and figure after. Good question.
Goal 3: 125 whenever I get there
Goal 2(restart): 130 by May 25th (2013 vacation)
Goal 1: 135 by May 24th (2012)~~~~Accomplished! Smile

I think Jillian mentions how many minutes the workout is in the dvd. I know in ripped in 30 she says its 20mins. So I put it as 20mins under circuit training. As for the sex I'm not sure of the amount of cals but have read it has lots of different benefits including weight loss, I found the page I read about it before, here:
