Does anyone have good ideas for blackberries. I have so many bushes and I don't want to bake and jam them all. I'd like to enjoy them. Any good recipes/ideas that are healthy?

What about smoothies, fruit salad, mixed with Greek yogurt, juicing?

I put them in low fat greek yoghurt too
. You could probably get some frozen filo pastry (it's so thin that it's not many calories) cook your blackberries with low sugar substitute until slightly soft. Then spoon into the filo pastry, roll like a cigar and seal at ends and cook a very hot oven - serve hot with a dollop of yoghurt. A real treat for all the family

In a bowl, pour fat free half & half over, sprinkle with a tiny bit of stevia (I like the crunch), spoon into your mouth and make yummy noises.
I just did that last week with the most delicious peaches, and I about died from the delicious.

All of these ideas sound so good. Now all I need is a blackberry bush!

With cottage cheese
On top of ice cream (only 1/2 cup of ice cream of course)
Mixed with fat free cool whip
A high fiber, low calorie tortilla with cinnamon, maybe cool whip or ice cream (if you are splurging) and the blackberries.
With whole grain waffles
Or as Lisa said, I'll take some
I've been thinking of planting a bush in my backyard.

toss in a shallow casserole with a touch of calorie free sweetener, top with precooked oatmeal ( I make mine with vanilla almond milk and steel cut oats and cinnamon) and bake in the oven until top is lightly brown and berries are bubbling. Top with greek yogurt-delicious!

just remembered-use an immersion blender to mix frozen berries into greek yogurt. It turns into luscious creamy frozen yogurty thing. I freeze cherries, peaches, nectarines, berries and have this as a treat. It's amazing!

As not to waste them, stick the excess in ziplocks into the freezer. They can always be thawed quick in warm water for smoothies, ice cream topping, pancake topping etc.
