Water weight. Drink more water. Your body is retaining it.

First go to the Atkins site and learn the program because what you are doing is not even remotely Atkins. Your calories are at starvation levels and you need to eat 12-15NC of foundation veggies.

Well, it is hard to give advice when you don't keep an accurate journal.

There are several people on here from the UK that keep accurate journals so that is just an excuse. You can add your own foods into the data base too..
Also eat every meal.. not just one and snacks. Go to the atkins site -read it, learn it, live it. Read the forums here, read the forums there, buy the atkins book, find new recipes. I know atkins focus is on the net carbs but 12-15 net carbs need to be of the veggie variety, but you also need more than 600 calories a day to live.... Drink water... lots of water... watch your sodium... find your BMR... do not rely on FS' Web MD has a great diet evaluator that can tell you how much you should be eating... keep an acurate food log...do not put stock into a number if you want to wear a bikini than wear it... who cares what the scale says? it should not determin how you feel about yourself. And add some form of exercise.
You say you want a cheeseburger but all I hear is "I need love" - a comic strip on the fridge at work.
You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure.

I wanted to be sure you saw what pixidaisy said:
anyone
can add
any
food to the database!
Just use the label info and add anything you need to for you journal.
I bet once you're completely journaled you'll find all kinds of ways you can do better. It's crazy what that simple exercise uncovers!

I'm from the uk and have no problem entering food .... If it's not in the database I just add it - easy. Have you got the app on your phone? If not add it.... If you can't, use pen and paper and note down your food consumption, until you CAN enter it....... You'll never be successful if you don't remember what you have eaten. I am not on Atkins... But with any diet you need to educate yourself on the principles behind it. Good luck..... And remember Pixidaisy is right, the scales are just a number, it s what you LOOK and FEEL like that matters -wear ghat bikin if you've lost inches

I'm from Israel and have no problem entering foods. They sell here almost everything that is on the list, some of it is the original brand name, some of it local. If they have it here, I'm sure they have it in England. If I want to eat something local, I look at the food list on this site and use for my diet calander the food which has the same or very close nutritional value- for instance "heavy cream"- I take the local brand which has 8 net carbs per 100 gr, and find the heavy cream on the food list which also has 8 net carbs per 100 gr.
