No matter what, my man always tells me how beautiful I am. I am so lucky to have him. I think every woman needs a man like that. It makes you feel so goo about yourself

And of course, that's why we're with our guys! If mine wasn't motivational or buttered me up, I don't think I'd be with him

Loved that!
Gotta agree though...he's not always the best with his words but I love that my boyfriend is so into his own fitness and health that it makes it easy for me to stick to it as well.

Totally. I'm halfway through my cycling workout, sweating up a storm, and I jump off to get my fan. Only to find out, that dear BF bought a fan after I slept last night and plugged it in right next to my bike. I didn't even see it. Sweet. Working out even harder now.

It is nice to have someone to motivate/inspire you. Even better when that person is yourself instead of someone else.

Allow me to paraphrase this whole discussion:
Supportive partners, family, and friends are wonderful.

aw, thanks Lisakp. You're very sweet =). It's just nice to have that person right there with you, workingout with you, and pushing you to your limit. It just makes things so much easier.
