calorie intake

I have set my daily intake at 1800 calories, still just maintaining. Guess I need to lower it some more.

humm - double ckd my rdi calculation - it actually says i'm to eat 1900 calories a day - i'm getting 1750 to 1900 daily. Guess that's OK, but I'm not losing wt....

Your food diary is only available to buddies, so it's hard for anyone to take a look and comment. How long have you been at it without weight loss?

Checked your diary. My advice would be to drop the alcohol down. It wreaks havoc on the liver, which is the main fatloss organ in the body. Anything that is not natural (chemicals, preservatives, artifical colors/sweetners,etc.) taxes and toxifies it from doing it's job efficiently. In a normal American diet, you can see how busy it is even before adding a beer or more. Once I got rid of my typical "fatty" liver issues, the weight came off. Good luck and wishing success to you!! I agree with nolechick. If I choose to drink, I do so with the complete confidence that I will NOT be losing any weight for a whole week.

Drop some of the snackfood and the carbs. Eat more veggies, less bread and potatos.
