The three things that jump out at me from your food entries is:
1. Not enough veggies-you should be eating 12-15 net carbs a day in veggies every day
2. Too many NET carbs-you should only be eating 20 net carbs a day
3. Maybe too much protein. Depending on weight and activity you don't need so much protein.
Hopefully tweaking those things will help you.

most of the weight lost when starting Atkins is water. if you were previously following a different diet or eating somewhat healthy it could be that you didn't have any excess to begin with, so there isn't any to loose.

I never weigh myself everyday. I'd get too crazy. Try to keep yourself off the scale and only weigh in once a week... same time of day, wearing the same clothes. Go by how your clothes fit too, not just the number on the scale. Good luck!!

Yay veggies! Do you find you start craving the green stuff? Once I get over missing sugar and starches, I get super stoked about extra veggies.

Hey Mariporker, the secret is to keep your fats up. The ratios are apparently around 60%-70% fats, 20-25% protein and remainder carbs which should not exceed 20 per day in induction. Can be difficult to keep the fat ratio up there but by adding a couple of tsps of oil to your salad and vegies and butter as well this can make a huge difference. Keep up the good work

Vamfiera....I looked at your food diary, do you keep track of everything? You are low on calories and veggies...and I noticed you have a "wrap" on your list and induction doesn't allow it. It's the fat ratio...I'm convinced! Astra46 posted the ratios.

If people are on it for a month and not losing anything then why bother doing it? All this effort for nothing is really annoying!

i am not sure you are following theAtkins plan to the T.
I learned awhile back to log all your veggies under snack so you can easily see your total net veggie carbs which should be 12-15 per day. On induction no wraps, or breads except the ever popular Muffin in a Minute made with ground flaxseed. So on induction that will leave you with only 5-8 extra net carbs for the whole day. Remember 1 large egg has.38 net carbs so that counts, some hard cheese even has 1 carb as well. I found what works for me is to eat simple meals. A Protein 4-6 oz with a pile of veggies. I try to add butter , oil or dressing on my veggies even though i was not used to eating this way. There is no fruit yet either. I try to find the foundation veggies I like that pack the most value peppers and onions for example, some people also said tomato (one of the few veggies i can not stand). Keep logging in and posting any type of question you have so many people on FS are so helpful and supportive. I have been trying this way since Feb and i have slowly slowly lost 20 pounds I know it works for me, but have heard it is not for everyone. Hope this helps Good Luck keep trying, know that you might have to restart your two week induction, but after that you might want to go into owl, i know my body losses weight with more going in me.
