Correct carb count

Hello Atkin Believers,

I started here yesterday thanks to my new frien Jules. When I enter my food into the food diarym the carb count is much higher than what the item nutrition facts are listed. How can I fixed this?

Go to your food diary click on the menu go to change columns select net carbs. Hope this helps.

Just be aware that the net carbs listed do NOT take into account sugar alcohols for some reason. Just FYI!
