Hey Everyone!
I am new on here and I am looking for a diet buddy... Im not on any special diet.. just eating healthy and watching my portions..And exercising as well.. Trying to change my way of thinking of food and my body.. Need some positive people to be buddies with! Very Happy

PantherIII is on the money. This sight is an awesome tool towards a healthier life.
Your plan is time tested and effective....and its working for me!

Best advice I can give you is look through the recipes! Amazing information right at your fingertips - who doesn't want to know the calories they are eating? You can also enter your favorite recipes and learn the calories in them.

I also love getting tips from other members on here about exercise and eating habits. Recently, after advice, I've been trying to break my breakfast and lunch into two small meals so I am constantly eating throughout the day.

Another good tip is get moving! Any little bit of exercise can only help you on your weight loss goals. As time goes on, exercise will become easy and fun and you'll enjoy it.

Don't stress about slip ups either, stress causes weight gain. You're only human and there's only so much you can resist. Women's Health magazine is a great magazine for fitness tips and it's cheap to subscribe, I'd recommend that as well.

I'm not an expert, but if you want to know anything else, I'd be happy to help Smile
