Going to start over..... I lost about 10 pounds during an elimination diet where I discovered that wheat gluten (only wheat and spelt, actually) seem to irritate my intestines and cause a lot of cramping, etc. In going on this experimental diet to determine if I had a food intolerance, I inadvertently went on a low carb, high protein raw food diet which caused me to rapidly lose weight. As soon as I went off the elimination diet and began adding foods back into my menu, I began to gain weigh again. Sugar was the first thing that I went for, however. I have a HUGE problem with sugar. More so than fat or any other carbohydrate. I need to avoid sugar and aspartame (gives me headaches and makes me want to eat even more sugar, weird...). I need to go back to using stevia and sucanant to sweeten my foods and beverages. I also need to get some exercise, but lets not get ahead of ourselves..... Wink

Oh yes.... the worst problem that I have is apparently buying snacks from the bookstore in the building that I work in. That is going to be a really hard habit to break.
