As I was doing the Lotte Burk Method this morning, I wondered if the actual class taken in a studio was more intense. Has anyone been to a class? I'm thinking of doing the DVD twice: but at the same time I am trying to get some balance in my life in an attempt to maintain what I have and not obsess. As you can see, it is difficult for me...

Hey, never done that in a studio, but I do Physique 57. Its based on the Lotte Burke method. The lady who developed it was a lotte burke master for years...and she took it, updated it, added to it, and it is more challenging and provides amazing results. It's also very rewarding. In fact, it's what Kelly Ripa does in NY. I just do the DVDs, and they kick my BUTT. My bodyfat is now in the 'low' category since doing this and running for a few months. And I haven't stepped foot in a gym since then...
