I am finally going to take the time in my life to try and improve my lifestyle. I am over weight and out of shape. I have purchased a bio flex home gym and am actually going to start a diet program. I am going to start with the one they suggest to start out. I am just wondering if there is anyone else who has done this program and there results, or one similar to this.

Is there a suggested diet that comes with bio flex home gym?
If that is what you mean I'm sorry but I don't know..BUT I did start my own program in January..
as I had also been very sedentary and overweight.
I began a low carb diet program cutting out breads, and grains and processed foods mostly.
I bought myself a pedometer and just began keeping track of my steps aiming for 10000 a day. I was doing great until crummy weather mid feb and until lately kept me from getting out that much.
I am 59 and know if I stop I lose ground fairly quickly so I needed something easy for me to do. I also try to get some dancing or just "movement" in as much as possible each day.

I fell off the cart for a few weeks end of feb/early march but have lost about 13 inches total and not sure how many lbs maybe 15 as well.. I dont have a scale.
If I had not fallen off so soon I think I would be down a good 20 lbs.

Kudos for starting!
I posted because the thread is getting started and I am basically getting started "again" :>Wink

Do warm-ups and cool-downs count?
Honestly, I think it depends on what workout you're going with. I do cardio from a dvd with Denise Austin, and yes, I count the warm up and cool down... just because they feel like (together) they ...

Legs and Thighs
Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
