Finding out how many calories you burn

If you need help finding out how many calories that you burn on exercises that aren't listed on fatsecret, give http://www.fitday.com/webfit/burned/calories_burned.html

Good decision but you should include squats also for 10-15 mins. This will help you to build your bogy and even lose weight also. Adding squats to the exercise have many other benefits also.
