Hi there. Was wondering if anyone doing the Curves Diet and working out at Curves could tell me if you just use the circuit training to enter your exercise on fatsecret or another category?

Thanks.

yes. I enter it under circuit training and then adjust the time to equal the amount of calories I burned according to the Curves smart tag thing-a-ma-jig. for example: after my workout the computer (at curves) tells me that I burned 474 calories. So I enter it in fatsecret and adjust the time until the calories burned is equal or close to what curves smart says...makes sense?

You can enter it as "Other" and put in the calories you burned.

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
