KMartinez, we are both at the same starting weight and near the same goal (160 for me). I went spinning last night and burned 952 cals for an hour and 6 mins. it was great. I ordered the Step360 to do at home when i can't make it to the gym. so that arrives this weekend.
What i did was kick my own ass and just got in the gym and started spin classes. once you start and feel better and feel the results it should motivate you to keep it up. MandaPanda i agree, the recording of what i eat is making me more concious of what i am choosing as the days go by. i do slip up here and there but not as often as i used to. my main thing is to decrease my portion size at dinner. can't seem to eat less then. breakfast and lunch i have gotten down to smaller meals so the challenge is dinner.
so the goal for me is to workout between 3 (minimum) to 6(maximum) times a week.This week will only be 3 times. hopefully next week will be more.
