can anybody help me find high protein foods? I just changed my diet to vegetarian and want to make sure I have enough protein in my diet.

Nuts and beans.. lima, black beans. they will all work fine

Do you allow dairy and eggs in your diet? If so, eggs, low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat/fat-free yogurt, chickpeas, split peas, lentils, quinoa, and tofu are all good sources of vegetable protein.

Also peanut butter is a good source of protein but also high in fat, use in moderation!
Nuts and beans are great! Any meat of course too.

80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.

Yes you are right so tomorrow I'm going to start walking around the village ,that will take me about 90mins , I have done this before so I know I will feel better. Just needed to be told .thank you
