I know its just a number, but I just got my new Omron510 scale and it weighs me 3 pounds heavier than my trusty health meter.
How have others handled it?
Enter new weight never look back?
Subtract the 3 pounds each time?
Go back and adjust start weight?
Just curious - my official weigh in isn't until the weekend.

NOt to fear. You may need to calibrate your scale. There should be instructions that came with it. Hang in there and keep moving forward!

That may work - though when it turns on it goes through a calibration process - will check when I get home. I'll know I still have an overall loss anyway, but my graph will just spike (my graph has been up and down anyway)

If this is the scale you plan to use from here on out, I would enter the new weight and go from there. And I wouldn't use more than one method of weighing yourself in general (unless you want to go crazy, lol!)
