Hi,
I changed my diet and with that result I got two dates on my journal for Dec 26th when my start date was Dec 25th. So I need to delete one BUT HOW? Another one is I want to change my profile so that people can see my weight loss BUT HOW?
THANK YOU ALL... for the help and inspirations.

For both actions you will start with selecting MYFATSECRET at the top of any page.
To remove a diet:
on the right panel, select Weight History. Scroll down to see your two diets. The older one will have a the clickable word Remove. To change to an older diet, I think you can use the tools on the right panel under My Diet.
To show your journals and calendars:
MYFATSECRET
My Toolbox on the right panel

To get the weight ticker, Click MYFATSECRET. Find My Tools on the right, then click MY Signature. That's were you turn that on. Two journal entries are not uncommon. Everytime you weigh in you automatically get a journal entry. So if you posted your weight twice, then you will see two journal entries. It really doesn't do anything to your overall progress bar. You will see two points on your graph, but that's about it. Maybe resetting your diet will do it, but its probably not worth the trouble.

Sensitive belly issue?
Try psyllium whole husks. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe and probably most drug stores. Has 5 carbs but also 5 dietary fiber and mixes with 8 ounces water. It is dry so it keeps well. 12 oz only ...

* on My Diet Calendar
jwill77nc2 is correct. Also, if there is NO asterisk (*) after the food or exercise then that number will not be counted in the Challenges and Contests and Mini Challenges this program offers.
