Hello. I've come to find out that I have a significant Carb intake. I Know That you must have carbs in your diet but I was wondering if there are Some recipes or foods any of you know of that are low in carbs? Much Appreciated.

I am trying to figure out what I can eat on a lower carb diet too, and so far, I've found eggs, tofu, and lots of veggies. For example, I eat tofu with eggplant a bunch recently, and steamed cauliflower with cheese. And lots of yogurt.
Also, with low carb, peanut butter is back on the menu, which is awesome, because I missed it. =)
I wish I could offer more suggestions, but as a vegetarian only recently aware that everything I was eating was loaded with carbs, I've only been searcing for answers to this same question for about 3 weeks.
Good luck and happy holidays!

I posted about this same thing not long ago. There are a few ideas
here
.
I've been eating low carb for just over a week now, feel free to poke through my food journal to see what types of things I'm eating.

I just looked at your diet calendar.
Your carb intake would be perfectly reasonable if you cut out the empty calories from processed sugar-- Coke, Kool-Aid, donuts, cookies, etc.
