Is anyone planning to exercise tomorrow? I am on recovery week and tomorrow is scheduled for X Stretch (fortunately) so I wouldn't be missing much...
So, who's a diehard out there?

I'll definitely be working out tomorrow! I get cranky if I haven't exercised, which is no fun for me or anybody I'm around, holiday or not. I can't decide if I should go to the gym before or after I throw the turkey in the oven, though. I'm also hoping for stroll after dinner or something.

I will be heavily exercising my mouth and abdominals by talking, laughing and eating with my family. If time and weather allows, I will probably also take a long walk with whomever wants to tag along.

I will be shopping from 5-11am so that entails a lot of fast paced walking, then that evening is game name with all my friends so my abs will definitly be getting a workout =), then repeat friday and saturday.

I will exercise too. I normally do a last chance workout program for 45 minutes and yoga for anywhere from 35-45 minutes on Thursday so I'll stick to that. Today I'm going to do that and my running program to get a jumpstart

I'm on this train, baby!! I think I'll run at least 4 miles. Friday I'm taking a "Turkey Turbo" 2-hour class, as an out of towner at a gym I've visited before. I'll look silly - because this class combines kickboxing and ZUMBA...which is hilarious for me to participate in, since I have no clue what's going on 90% of the time. But, I don't live there - so who cares!? =)

I'm going to be doing a 5 mile pie run. Good enough for me to feel okay indulging a bit for the day!

Yep, hopefully a 4-mile run and a full workout with weights for my arms before getting into the kitchen!

I will be running in the morning. More then likely it will be high intensity interval training, but I may do a five to six mile run instead.

I will be doing a 6 mile walk in the morning but skipping the afternoon workout as we are going from one family's house for lunch, straight to the other for pupu's and dinner.

I'll be doing my regular daily workout plus a little extra time on the treadmill to cover for any extra calories and carbs from the big meal

Six mile run. Holidays that center on food always call for a workout!

Step aerobics in about an hour with my sister in law, then probably 2 mile run after that. Hanging out at her place later on with the fam!

You all are so dedicated! In honor of your incredible discipline, I decided to do the X-Stretch this morning; I'm glad I did!

No workouts today, but we went for a really long and fairly brisk walk.

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
