Someone just posted this link on facebook and oh wow, ew. I kind of knew the food was this full of chemicals after watching Super Size Me and reading Don't Eat this Book but damn.

What the hell is put into this that it doesn't break down or smell? Particularly after six months??? Eek.

I used to work in a plant where we prepared coatings and seasonings for fast foods (which is where I contracted Baker's Asthma - a type of allergy). Some of the additives we used were just weird. The scariest was the coating for [B. King's] french fries. The guys exposed to that stuff had to wear protective gear.

Needless to say, I don't eat fast food anymore Shock

I saw a video that had 1 year old McD's food. Still looked pretty normal.

WOW that is scary Runesinger!! You get allot of that type of junk in processed foods too. I almost bought a Lean Cuisine frozen dinner tonight at the store. When I looked at the list on the back of the package I could not believe it! It must have had 100 different ingredients! I just put it back down.
I'll make my own healthy food rather then eat that garbage.

I think the video by Morgan Spirlock (the guy from Super Size Me) was more interesting. In his, the burger broke down but the fries did not which actually didn't surprise me ~ what mom hasn't found a McDonald's fry under their seat 6 months after purchase. This is interesting but it's still time-lapse photography as opposed to video time-lapse photography. Regardless, either way, this just validates my belief to not eat fast food ever again.
Don't let the ticker fool you ~ I started this journey at 250 pounds a year ago. This is a lifestyle change for sure ~ I've never been on a diet that lasted this long and worked this well.

Don't ever apologize when you know you're right. The truth hurts, some people just need to get over it.

So I don't have to keep repeating myself ~ I'll just put it here.....The team is the STEELERS, not Steeler's. I am a STEELERS fan, not a Steeler's fan.
