Hey! I just joined about a week ago I think. I really like this. At first entering the food was a chore, but now I like it. It's a great tool to see how many calories, fat, sugar, etc that I'm eating and find that very helpful. To make a buddy just click on someone's name. It will open their profile. Then click on add as buddy. you can add me if you'd like Smile
