Does it matter what time of day I'm weighing myself or is it okay to just weigh at the same time each time? I always hear it's better to weigh in the morning time.

Weigh yourself in the morning, perferably naked and, ahem, fully evacuated. This'll give you the most accurate day-to-day measurement of your weight.

I agree with Skip! They say to do it once a week, same say same time, when you first wake up and use the restroom, sans clothing!

Ditto. Every morning (or every week) same time and conditions
