I'm new here. Found this app on my phone. Love it!! I've already been on a new eating plan. I've lost 12lbs in the last 3 weeks and only have a b-zillion more to go! Wink
I've been exercising on my treadmill at home about every other day for at least 30 mins or try to get in more when I can. Have a goal to lose 31 more pounds. Look forward to seeing everyone else meeting their goals too!

Hi nice to meet you. My name is Lisa and I am from the Boston Area. Back on WW after a long and "heavy" absense. I have a beutiful 6yr old son, TJ who keeps me busy. He has mild autism, so we keep real busy, but Mom neglected herself and now...well here I am.

We are going to Disney in October and I really want to be able to enjoy it with him and my husband. I also want to be able to take pictures without hiding behind a character. Besides the weight has really made me down and I don't want to feel like that...

So, that is me in a nutshell Laughing

Hi everyone...
like Lola, I found this app on my phone and loved it so I came to check the place out. I am wanting to loose at least 60 to 70 pounds during the next year. I have already lost about 5 pounds.
After my recent trip with my family and feeling like none of my clothes fit (because they didn't) and that everyone was looking at me as if saying....why does she think she can get away with wearing 'that' I have decided enough is enough.
I have done it before through a program called Herbal Magic but this time I want to do it without spending a fortune.
My hope is when I go to Boston for the first time in September, I will be half way to my goal! Am I being too optomistic?

Hello,
I also found this app on my phone and it seems like a great place to get started again and to help me find the change I need to keep it going for a lifetime. I hope to be close to goal by hunting season and be able to keep up with my husband for a change. Good Luck everyone!

hi everyone,
i also found this app on my phone. i have been counting my calories and keeping them between 1200-1500 a day. i also try to keep busy around the house, walk or run. i have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and 3 days. i feel great!
i love the recipes and it gives me such motivation to continue,
keep up the good work
