I rock climb indoors regularly, and there's no way to represent the exercise here. Here's a breakdown of calories burned per hour (which is more like spending 2 hours at the climbing gym)

Activity 130lbs 155lbs 190lbs
Rock climbing, ascending rock 649 774 949
Rock climbing, rapelling 472 563 690

I also would like to see this activity added. Is there anyway to contact fatsecret directly about this?

You can always add any custom exercise by going down to the bottom of the drop-down list and selecting "Other". It allows you to add it.
