I am on my second week of the induction phase and I seem stagnant. I eat eggs, sausage or Turkey bacon for breakfast w/ a MIM. I snack on veggies with veggie dip. for lunch hot wings not battered with veggies, or left over dinner, I have an atkins bar/shake suitable for this phase. For dinner meat salad I also have sugar free jello with whip cream. My weight has come down from 185 to 179 but this morning the scale said 180. Any suggestions on whats going on, what I can do?

You may want to alter your menu. A lot of people stall when they eat MIMs and Atkins bars/shakes. I know I do. I use them sparlingly on Induction. I suggest you take out the bacon (most have nitrates), dairy and Atkins bars/shakes. Slowly introduce each back into your diet, then you can figure out which is the cluprit.

Also be careful of veggies and dip. Make sure to measure your vegetables (those carbs can add up quicklu) and be VERY aware of whats in the dip. A lot of store brought products have hiddens sugars/carbs. I suggest you find one you can make yourself so you know EXACTLY what's in it.

How many calories are you eating? that may be your main problem...possibly not eating enough...check out the group i created; focuses on weight loss plateau and healthy eating for successful long term weight loss :

I looked at your food diary, and I can see that your not getting your 12-15 carbs a day from vegetables. It may help to up your veggies, and back away from the Atkins Treats a little bit.
I found that some of the processed "sausage meats" like polish, keilbasa, etc have carbs in them. It's better trying to eat unprocessed meats, or the natural ground sausage which tends not to have as many carbs. You also had a big caloric day a couple of day's ago...so that may be why your stuck. It's advised to keep your caloric level between 1500-1800. Keep on keepin on!
I know that some of the gals do not believe in getting those carbs from veggies, but they are "the foundation" from which you will build a lifetime of eating. that's why they are called foundation vegetables. They will also help to fill you up so your not interested in "treats" every day!
Remember your body is adjusting to the change too, and even though you may not have a big loss this week does not mean that you will not next week. Be patient, and know that your on the right track.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
