it could be your metabolism speeding up from the better foods you are eating or the weight that you are losing. Try to eat more foods with high fiber- berries, apples, nuts and seeds, whole grain bread, etc. These will help keep you feeling full. Also, make sure to drink lots of water! I find myself feeling hungry a lot and once I have a glass of water I realize I was just thirsty. Good luck and great job!

we can't see what you are eating which makes it hard to know. it needs to be minimum of 12- but for most, 1500-1700 is good (per day)
You shouldn't feel too hungry.
cut down hidden sugars, replace with good fats and protein and you'll feel less hungry
oh and drink water

Agree with the people above. Sometimes I want to eat even if I'm not hungry. Thus I must always have low-calorie chewing gum in my pocket. Always.

Throughout my childhood, my eating habits created this desire for me to always want to taste things, even if I'm not hungry.

I can minimize this effect with gum.

Congrats with your 17 lbs lost! I also have ~10 more lbs to go. Final stretch!

You probably gained muscle from exercise and you are burning more calories. But try drinking water and see if it subsides. A lot of people mistake thirst for hunger since they feel basically the same.
