Okay I'm stuck. I made a diet cola chicken recipe from this site. And I saved the leftover chicken and I made shredded chicken I weighted it it was 2oz and I had a half of whole wheat pita. Now how do I figure out the calorie if its in "half" for pita. And for shredded chickens how do I figure out the cals if its leftover and made something else? Sorry if I don't make sense today!

The whole wheat pita half is 85 cal. figure out how many oz.'s of diet cola chix you made then and do the math from the original recipe calorie content... Hope that helps

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.
