Wink I seriously don't think I could stay on track with out using the app on my blackberry and online! this is such a great system!

I totally agree! This has been a fantastic site to find! I like the journal too.. it helps me remember the emotional feelings behind it all too!!!

It really helps and makes life a lot easier to track calories I agree.. but mine is on a Droid...LOL Glad it is bc that is how I found the site!
