You have only one entry on your diet calendar. You need to provide more info if your are looking for advice.

I Agree with Charles. If you don't monitor what your eating you'll never be able to change your habits. Based on the only diet calendar entry you have, you are consuming way too much carbos and not quite enough protein. Your intake of carbs should comprise of 50% of your total calories each day and your protein should be at least 30%, according to FDA reccomendations for weight loss.

Putting yourself down doesn't help. I know. I have done that to myself. I agree with the fact that you need to log EVERYTHING that you consume in your diet calendar. It was a real eye opener for me and I see how certain foods each day weigh differently on my overall count. Just keep it up by updating it daily - then you can analyze it and make the change. Until then try to stay positive because negativity ha no place in weight loss....you need to push past those thoughts and feelings, and instead of insulting yourslef - make a change. Only YOU can do that. Good Luck!!

Hi Mish- I'm with Brandice, don't put yourself down, it won't change anything and actually when I am negative about myself and my body I just want to eat more! The other posters have it right, track your calories, either on fatsecret or my favorite the dailyplate.com (I think it is much easier to use, but fatsecret has a much better support network which is why I use both) and stick to your daily number of calories, it really works and pretty quickly too. I lost about 15 pounds in 2 months only counting calories and dropped a whole size too. So give it a try and good luck.

You have to figure out why you overeat in the first place. Until you do, you won't be able to really change it.
For me, it was stress. Stress and comfort and socializing. That isn't what food is for. Food is fuel for your body and nothing else. You need to constantly think about the food you put into your body and if it is good fuel.
Above all, I agree with everyone else. Don't put yourself down. So many people struggle with weight, it is such an easy trap to fall into. Everywhere you look there's unhealthy food and it tastes yummy. There is NOTHING wrong with you. You're just a normal, fallible human being like everyone else. Luckily, weight is something you can learn to control and imagine how wonderful you're going to feel when you make it Smile You're going to make it, I know!

I understand the way you feel, but I gotta say the best you can do, is exercise to stop feeling that way.
Every morning you can weigh yourself, have a healthy and light brekfast, do 30mins of cardio exercise (you can find great cardio workout in youtube.com, or else you can go out running for example. Try to keep yourself busy during the day. Carry an apple /orange around anywhere you go if you get hungry in between meals, as well as water. Have at least 2 litres a day. Keep busy with this. And, make your meals healthy. Use less fat in them, less carbs too. For example yo may have baked chicken with tomato salad, and low fat jelly for dessert. For dinner don't forget having lighter meals. Don't forget water... exercise... and having something healthy in hand for cfraving moments.
We can all do it... it's not easy, but that's what we're all here for!
Best of luck
Ahh! And don't forget ur reward... you'll loose weight, and you may have a reward meal (lunch or breakfast) once a week (this is my super theory of a good diet... - if I'm wrong, please correct me readers!)
