Try eating more food but exercising more, your body might have gone into survival mode. Check out
http://www.nowloss.com/very-low-calorie-diets-will-not-work.htm
for more info on how that works, but essentially losing weight is not about a lower intake of food, it is about eating the right foods and doing enough exercise. Hope this helps!

Try doing everything the same but up your calories. Women's bodies tend to go into starvation mode when their calories go between 1200/day. The recommendation is for women to get between 1500 and 1800/day.

I'm on Glycemic Impact Diet. 40% of my calorie intake comes from complex, unrefined carbohydrates such as whole grains (bread and cereal) and fruits instead of juice. The next 30% comes from lean protein such as chicken, and fish. Beef and pork meat are not prohibited, but are included in the diet occasionally. I have read on
Project Weight Loss
that The last 30% of the daily calorie intake should come from healthy fats, such as avocado, olive oil or nuts. To make it even clearer, here is an example of a meal plan. For breakfast, you can either have a vegetable omlet with wheat bread and strawberries or, if you are a cereal type of person, oat bran cereal with blackberries and milk. For lunch, you can choose between a sandwich with grilled cheese and tomato along with a salad and some milk, and a more traditional lunch, spicy chicken strips with fresh salad and yogurt.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
