Alcoholic drinks with the least points??

Hi everyone, its my hen weekend this weekend....starting from tomorrow, i dont know whats in store for me but Im sure it involves lots a alcohol?

Anyone have any tips on what drinks there are that I could have with less ww points than my usual......lover of sugary alco-pops when Im out.

Wine generally has less calories than beer or mixed drinks per serving. It is higher in alcohol than beer and doesn't need mixing like liquor, so if you like wine it might be a good substitute.

Other than that, I hear that vodka and soda (and probably gin and soda) is lower in calories and sugar. Just add a squeeze of lemon or lime to cut the alcohol flavor.

Go to Dotti's weight loss zone (dwlz.com) there is a page dedicated to drinks. This page provides you with all of the intake values per measured amount and calculates points and such for you. It may help.

Diet flavored soda's with vodka Smile I love Diet orange soda and vanilla vodka Smile I believe they are 1 point a drink that way.

Try doing everything the same but up your calories. Women's bodies tend to go into starvation mode when their calories go between 1200/day. The recommendation is for women to get between 1500 and 18 ...
