Who says we can't party it up on a Saturday night? This is a freshly Juiced Green apple, Dandelion Greens and lettuce martini. Of course it helped that I live upstairs and could juice, bottle (to dispense later) and run. Add a creative ice cube (mine's a skull to go with the GREEN DEATH color. It turned out to be one of the most popular drinks at the party just because it looked so damn Evil. Everyone was so well on the way to a buzz that no one noticed the lack of a vodka smell. It ended up being renamed the eye opener.
1 Green Apple (sour), 1 Head of Rommane Lettuce, a wad of dandelion greens. It's important to style it up. Put it in a nice glass and garnish it.
Now if I didn't garnish mine with 3 cigarettes. (guilty)

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

recording activities and food intake
You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.
