Does anyone has nutrional information on the Cheesecake fatory's Herb-Crusted Salmon?

Apparently, they are one of the difficult ones to get stuff out of. There's conflicting stuff out there on www.thedailyplate.com, www.calorielab.com, www.myfitnesspal.com, etc. Lots of saturated fat in all of them (probably butter, yum, OH I mean Yuck! Smile

Herb Crusted Salmon -919 calories, 28 grams of fat, 538 mg of sodium and 8 g of carbs.Shock Some states require restaurants to put calorie info on menus and I grabbed this one off of the internet. Let me know if you want the entire menu. The person who submitted it took pictures of the menu to share.

8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.
