Hello,

Every time I try to beat my heavy whipping cream in to whipped cream it just stays liquidy. Am I doing it wrong? Does anybody know the process for this?

Thanks!

It should whip up. Are you mixing it long enough? Mine has always worked. Try moving the mixer around the bowl and using a faster speed. If you work with it for a few min... it should turn into whipped cream for ya!! Very Happy

It definitely should whip up for you - you have to keep at it for a while though SadSometimes what feels like forever! Very Happy

I've been meaning to do that recently also as I miss my Starbucks/Caribou coffee drinks with whipped cream on top! MMmmm!

Ex-farm girl here.... make sure that you are using a squeaky clean glass bowl, preferably chilled. If you're using plastic or stainless steel, you will likely have problems getting it to whip up.

ah HA! I was using stainless steel! Thank you so much for the tips, everybody. They're greatly appreciated. I'll use a chilled glass bowl and spend a lot of time whipping. Thanks again!
