Walking for Health

With the nice weather coming, I am interested in setting up a challenge that includes walking. A pedometer is not required because you can base it on minutes. I am basing the challenge on the Webwalking USA Walking Program that you can find at http://walking.about.com/cs/measure/a/webwalkingusa.htm run by Wendy Bumgardner. This challenge could also equate minutes of exercise to miles travelled. Take a look at her program. It looks like fun.

Challenge Type O diet starting 4/5
Staring weight
Week 1 weight
Week 2 weight
Week 3 weight
week 4 weight
Week 5 weight
Week 6 Ending weight

Goals: Caloric Intake for dieting 1800
1-238-3/27/13
2-230
3-220
4-210
5-200
6-190
7-180
8-175
